A very interesting patriotic piece in the form of an eagle medallion superimposed on a Russian bow for privates of the 1907 pattern.
Similar wares in the form of officers' bows with eagle medallions are described in Zawistowski and Banaszkiewicz as bows for the Polish Legion, which did not enter the uniforms. Medallions alone without Russian bows of various eagle designs are also known.
