A beautifully preserved piece in steel without bleaching or oxidation.
An undescribed item in Zawistowski, misidentified by Banaszkiewicz as illustrated in the 1917 regulations. In practice, this eagle differs from the regulation drawing in the shape of the head, but also in the scratching of the tail feathers in the form of a prominent herringbone, unknown from other pieces.
Partially preserved one of the moustaches, a trace of a hatch. Beaten with a deep counterspace.
Description: eagle with wings raised upwards, with its head heraldically to the right, crowned with a crown, sitting on an amazon shield with nailed 15 nails on the lower trail, resting its talons on the upper trail, with a shield without a letter in the field;
Preservation condition of the object very good.
Steel, dimensions 31 x 40.4 mm.
