This badge depicts an eagle /state emblem strictly according to the law/, which holds branches of laurel in its claws. These branches form a wreath, the upper part of which is fastened by a small round wreath, with a field covered with navy blue enamel, with a green border. On the field of the small wreath the inscription "K.O.P." The lower part of the laurel wreath is tied with a ribbon, arranged under the eagle in the form of an arch. On this ribbon is the inscription "For border service". Outside the center of the eagle is a border post enameled with white and red enamel. On the pole a metal plate with convex content. The border post in the drawing corresponds to the actual R.P. border post. From the tail of the eagle beyond the eagle and the border post are symmetrically distributed upward polished rays of 25, with a silhouette of acute angles and the cross section of an isosceles triangle;
