Obverse: in a pearl rim, a royal half-figure wearing a four-cornered crown with 5 rosette-shaped jewels in an open rim, with jewels on the bails, surmounted by a royal apple; wearing a lace collar and armor, wearing a sash, with the Order of the Golden Fleece suspended from a chain of 5 flints; holding a royal apple with two bands of jewels in the shape of rosettes and a sword; facing right; in the outer rim a legend punctuated by the Saxon coat of arms in a simple shield of arms:

Reverse: in a pearl rim crowned, with a four-cornered crown, with 5 fleurons, with numerous jewels in an open rim; a nine-field shield with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, Sweden, Folkung, and the coat of arms of the Snopes of the Vasa dynasty, with labrys on the sides, surrounded by a chain composed of 20 flags, with the Order of the Golden Fleece; between the shield and the chain initials I-I of Jacob Jakobson and the date 16-34; in the outer rim a legend punctuated by the Order:
